chicovia scott
Chief executive Officer
Chicovia is in charge of wrangling the creatives that run amok. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering as well as an MBA. Prior to moving into business, she engaged in a more technically driven career that helped her develop problem solving and risk assessment skills. She used this experience to leverage into a career of negotiating major transactions as well as project management, consulting and strategy development.
Chicovia is an avid fan of sports, when her teams are not killing her little by little. She also enjoys sci-fi shows and movies and constantly believes the real world is delving into the dystopian movie scenes of such favorites as Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Terminator 2: Judgement Day. She's Team Skynet all day, supports vigilantes and lists Sidney Bristow (Alias) and Michael Weston(Burn Notice) as her favorite fake people to watch.
In her spare time, she loves to travel the world and has a goal to see all seven continents in her lifetime.
shanelle little
Marketing and branding

Shanelle is a marketing guru with more than 10 years of experience with a focus on making a high impact on revenue and brand goals.

When she is not begging Lauren, Sr. and Lauren, Jr. to stop giving away free content on social media and lamenting the perils of content vultures, she spends her time in complex media negotiations with her trio of tiny humans ages 5, 3, and 1. They are currently winning, but she thinks she has a chance at the next round. She has very strong opinions on tacos, and the best types of crushed ice. Her hobbies include generating unpopular opinions, indoctrinating her children in the Marvel vs. DC showdown and family travel.
She still eats gluten.

revetta dixon
Legal
Rev is the Olivia Pope of Validvictorian Productions, but without the wardrobe. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism, a law degree, and is licensed to practice in Florida and Virginia. In addition to lawyering, Rev has extensive experience in small business management, and has hosted pub quizzes in the DC area with Geeks Who Drink for several years.
When she's not trying to stop her son from listening to trash hip hop, Rev can be found pole dancing, tweeting cryptic mood gifs, or fangirling over shows your grandmother loves. She watches Antiques Roadshow as if it were sport, cackles loudly at the hijinks of Hyacinth Bucket and Mr. Humphries, and has seen every episode of Law & Order at least three times. Rev stands ready to debate anyone over the merits of Love Actually and is a bourbon and balsamic vinegar snob.
